We want you to be completely happy with anything you order from our website, so we have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Return Policy. If you are unhappy with anything you order from our site, you can return it at any time provided it has not been used or damaged within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase, for example, if you paid with Visa, you'll receive a credit on the same Visa account.

To return merchandise, please contact us to arrange return to our warehouse.

You will need to include the proof of purchase (receipt and/or packing slip) for all returns and exchanges. Ensure you include your name, address, and telephone number in the package as well. We also welcome your comments on how we can improve our merchandise and the quality of the product supplied to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the delivery costs of all returned items but we will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect, defective or damaged item. Please contact us first if this is the reason you are returning an item.
